These terms apply to the Lullink app and its Lullink+ offer. The publisher is identified in the legal notice. Your personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

1. The service

Lullink turns a phone or tablet into a camera that watches over a child's room. Other devices (phones, tablets, TVs) let parents watch, listen and get alerts.

At home (same Wi-Fi, or a network created by the camera device), Lullink is free, with no account and no time limit.

Lullink+ lets you follow a camera away from home (4G, 5G, another Wi-Fi network). The connection then goes through the Lullink server; video and sound stay end-to-end encrypted: the server can neither see nor hear them.

2. Lullink+

Free trial: each camera gets remote trial time once; its length is shown in the app.
Remote time: bought for one camera. It is only counted while at least one device is following that camera away from home, never at home. It never expires and can be used by all of the camera's authorized devices.
Unlimited: a monthly or yearly subscription. While it is active, time is not counted for the cameras it covers, up to the limit shown in the app at the time of purchase. This limit does not decrease as long as the subscription continues without interruption.
Limits: the number of devices authorized for remote access per camera, and the number of devices that can follow it remotely at the same time, are shown in the app. The latter may be lower when the camera's Internet connection cannot support more.
Account: a Lullink account is required to buy, never for the trial or at home. It keeps your purchases from one phone to another. You can delete it at any time from the app: purchased time stays on the camera; an ongoing subscription does not stop on its own, so also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.

3. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds

Purchases are made on Apple's App Store or on Google Play, with your account for that store. The price is the one shown by the store, taxes included, in your currency. The store's terms also apply, in particular for withdrawal and refunds.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it in your store account settings (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the end of the period). After cancellation, Unlimited stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are requested from Apple or Google, who decide according to their own rules. When a purchase of time is refunded, the time it had left is removed from the camera; when the subscription is refunded, Unlimited stops.

4. What Lullink is not

Lullink helps you watch over a child. It does not replace the presence or attention of an adult, and it is not a medical device: it does not monitor breathing or health.
It depends on the devices (battery, power supply, heat, system settings), on the Wi-Fi network and, away from home, on the Internet and the Lullink server. An alert or notification may be delayed or may not arrive (network down, Focus mode, battery saver…). The app reports the connection losses it detects; check regularly that everything is working.
We do our best to keep the remote service available, but it may be interrupted, for example for maintenance.

5. Fair use

Use Lullink to watch over people in your care. Do not film anyone without their knowledge: tell the other adults in the filmed room.
Do not try to get around the limits of Lullink+ or to disrupt the app or the server. In case of abuse, remote access to a camera may be suspended; use at home continues.

6. Changes

These terms may change, for example with a new offer. The version in force is published on this page, with its date. What a purchase gave you (purchased time, cameras covered by an ongoing subscription) remains yours.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. They do not limit in any way the rights the law gives you as a consumer. For any question or complaint, write to the address given in the legal notice.
